Rather than send out a normal flight of holiday cards, Erwin-Penland wanted to send out a message to clients digitally. To prove how dedicated we are to our clients, what better way to illustrate that we’re here for them 24/7 than to leave one poor soul at the office over the holidays to cover any needs. The Special Holiday Emergency Desk was born.
